Aleksandar Marjanovik
Aleksandar Marjanovik is a founder and CEO of Alexandria, the oldest private educational center in Macedonia, established in 1993. Inspiration for his work is once the biggest library in the world, the great royal library in Alexandria which is considered to be a place where all human knowledge is gathered. His professional goal is the educational center Alexandria to become synonym for knowledge and education in Macedonia, as Alexandria was in the old world.
He starts his career in television station A1 as team leader for computer generated animations, quizzes, signature tunes, titles, slides, and everything which in that time was considered as the latest achievement in the computer graphics. At the end of 1993 Marjanovik together with 5 college colleagues which became his work colleagues in A1, founded Alexandria. 3 years later he founded Alexandria Marketing, company which in that time collaborates with several television stations on show production which helps him get greater presence in the TV ether.
10 years later, in 2003, he founded Information Technologies Academy Alexandria; the first educational institution in Macedonia specialized for vocational education in IT and applied arts. Today, the IT Academy produces personnel for the most wanted work positions: network engineers, administrators and technicians, graphic and web designers and has close cooperation with great number of organizations.
The latest study of the Chamber of commerce for IT – MASIT shows that, in employers’ opinion, Alexandria is the first ranged private educational institution, which is a prove that work dedication always gives results.
