Joan Gillman- a strategic planning advisor will be a guest speaker at the event Equipping Women Entrepreneurs to Thrive in the 21st Century. She is a director of special industries programs for the School of Business and former director of its Small Business Development Center, which serves 15,000 businesses plus all those thinking about going into business by offering counseling and courses in the areas of marketing, management, finance, and strategic planning.
